After receiving his bachelor’s from Loyola University, Jim earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. After graduation, Jim opened his own practice dedicated to personal injury and criminal defense. It was during this time that he found his talent for trial advocacy.
Jim’s first trial was against Pettis County, MO for the wrongful death of a woman who drowned when her car slid off a dangerous county bridge with no guardrails. Several attorneys had passed on the case because the victim had been drinking. However, Jim won a $750,000 verdict for the woman’s family.
Jim’s zeal for helping those in need combined with his high level experience make him an exceptional addition to our firm.
